HUB – TDTU – UFM Alliance Crowned Champion of the National Student Stock Investment Competition 2025

On August 28, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) hosted the Grand Finale Gala of the 3rd Vietnam Student Stock Investment Competition – Investment Challenge 2025 (IC 2025) – featuring the top 10 teams from 110 universities and colleges across the country.

With the theme “Vietnamese Students with Financial Literacy”, IC 2025 was co-organized by the Center for Economic Training & Application Research (CETAR) (TDTU), the Faculty of Finance and Banking (TDTU), and TDTU’s New Stock Investment Club (NSC). The competition was held under the professional sponsorship of the Vietnam Association of Securities Business (VASB) and with the support of numerous prestigious media agencies.

An Academic Platform for Practical Investment Experience

What sets IC 2025 apart is that the teams were provided with actual capital to conduct real transactions on Vietnam’s stock exchanges (HOSE and HNX). Over a two-month period, more than 2,400 students participated, affirming the strong appeal of a competition that combines academic rigor with practical experience, enabling students to develop essential skills in analysis, risk management, and investment decision-making.
