On September 15, 2023, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) held the Conference of staff and employees for the academic year 2023-2024.

Attending the conference was Dr. Dang Ngoc Tung - Former Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and a member of the TDTU Council. In addition, from TDTU, there were Dr. Vu Anh Duc - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the TDTU Council; Dr. Tran Trong Dao - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Minh Ly - Vice Chairman of the TDTU Council; Dr. Vo Hoang Duy - Vice President; Dr. Dong Si Thien Chau - Vice President; and 210/213 delegates officially convened.

The conference approved the report on the performance of tasks in the academic year 2022-2023, results of the implementation of the Conference Resolution in the academic year 2022-2023 and other important reports, the direction and tasks for the academic year 2023-2024, and launch of the emulation movement for the academic year 2023-2024.

The University also awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals who have made positive contributions to the development of the University in the past academic year. The conference also approved a resolution with the consensus of all participants, which demonstrated the will and high solidarity in building and developing Ton Duc Thang University.
