I. Establishment
President's Office Staff was established on September 15, 2022, under Decision No. 2368/QĐ-TĐT dated August 26, 2022, issued by the University President.
II. Function
President's Office Staff functions as an advisory and support unit for the Presidential Board (under the direct supervision of the University President) in managing, organizing, coordinating, and executing tasks. It also ensures collaboration among university units in advisory and administrative operations.
