In the afternoon of 16/05/2017, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) welcomed Mr. Dang Van Thanh, Chairman of TTC Group, Former Chairman of Sacombank. He visited the University and had a talk with the lecturers and students at TDTU's regular "Public Speaker" – program that provides to lecturers and students an access to famous politicians, intellectuals, successful entrepreneurs from Vietnam and abroad to share experiences and issues that are matter of public interest.

With the topic of "Enterprise's Administration and Operation" and experience in managing and operating large corporations in many different fields such as finance, real estate, education, .... Mr. Dang Van Thanh has the practical knowledge of the basic principles and how to manage a successful business in which he emphasized the philosophy: "Mind control, guided by the heart, ...". He also gave some advice to TDTU students on communication style and working attitude: be confident but not self-centered, be passionate about work but not passionate about power, ... and should have their own mindset when participating in work, studying at any organization like the habits of maintaining hygiene and equipment when studying at Ton Duc Thang University that you perform very well today. But primarily, Mr. Dang Van Thanh also announced that he is willing to create conditions for TDTU students to have an opportunity to practice in the departments of the TTC Group in order to get more practical knowledge as well as the motivation for self-improvement, and strive to become leaders in the future.
