TDTU’s InnoStartup Challenge 2026-2027
To equip students with knowledge and skills, foster the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, encourage the application of science and technology and digital transformation in the development of startup projects, and create opportunities for exchange among students of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and other universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Ton Duc Thang University organizes the TDTU’s InnoStartup Challenge 2026-2027 with the following details:
- Eligibility
- Individuals or teams of up to 05 members
- Students currently enrolled at Ton Duc Thang University, other higher educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, and our partner institutions.

- Prizes
- 01 First Prize: Certificate of Merit, VND 10,000,000 in cash. Prizes from sponsors (if any), and opportunities to connect with investment funds and startup support organizations
- 01 Second Prize: Certificate of Merit* VND 8,000,000 in cash, prizes from sponsors (if any), and opportunities to connect with investment funds and startup support organizations.
- 01 Third Prize: Certificate of Merit, VND 5,000,000 in cash, prizes from sponsors (if any), and opportunities to connect with investment funds and startup support organizations.
- 02 Consolation Prizes: Certificate of Merit, VND 3,000,000 in cash, and sponsor prizes (if any).
- 05 other teams advancing to the Final Round: A certificate recognizing them as part of the Competition's Top 10 Outstanding Projects.
Special Opportunity: The Top 05 outstanding TDTU projects will be submitted to the University’s Board of Management for consideration and nomination to participate in the “Students with Startup Ideas” Competition organized by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Competition Schedule
- Registration & Submission: From October 12, 2026, to before 5:00 PM on November 19, 2026.
- Preliminary Round: From December 1–10, 2026 – Evaluation and selection of the Top 30 projects.
- Semi-Final Round: From December 22–25, 2026 – Poster exhibition in the lobby outside Auditorium 10F and selection of the Top 10 projects.
- Final Round: From 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, January 7, 2027 (Thursday) at Auditorium 10F, Ton Duc Thang University.
- Registration Methods: Participants may register through either of the following methods
- In-person registration: Submit the required documents at the Office of the Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Startup (Room C003, Ton Duc Thang University)
- Online registration: Complete and submit the required documents via the registration form managed by the Center here.
- Registration period: From October 12, 2026 to before 5:00 PM on November 19, 2026
- Note: The Center of Enterprise Cooperation and Startup serves as the focal point for receiving, reviewing, and consolidating registration documents for the Competition
