The Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan paid a working visit to Ton Duc Thang University

In the morning of September 27, 2019, the representative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan (MOEA) paid a working visit to Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). The delegation included Mr. Kunsung Ho, Managing Director of InvesTaiwan Service Center under MOEA; Mr. Simon Gong, Director of Economic Department of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City; and some leaders of MOEA.

The Representative of TDTU, Dr. Vo Hoang Duy - Vice President welcomed and worked with the Delegation.

Mr. Kunsung Ho considered Vietnam as an important door in the strategy of expanding investment in Southeast Asia of Taiwan. MOEA delegation was very impressed by the fact that TDTU has friendly relationships with many Taiwanese universities and professors, as well as some TDTU lecturers-researchers were trained from famous and top universities of Taiwan. 

Dr. Vo Hoang Duy emphasized that TDTU is going to attach importance to cooperating with Taiwan in the field of education and scientific research. Currently, in addition to the cooperation in organizing higher education programs, campus rotation, many Taiwanese professors and experts are also working and cooperating with TDTU.
