On August 29, 2017, Colorcon Group (USA) solemnly inaugurated the Colorcon Technical Service Laboratory at Ton Duc Thang University in accordance with the agreement signed on May 24, 1977 between the two parties. With the total investment of nearly VND4.5 billion, the lab will provide a training environment for the pharmaceutical industry in not only Vietnam but also South East Asia in developing core tablet, film coated and sugar coated tablet formulation up to international standards. For TDTU students, this is a practical chance to approach the production technologies of drugs, tablets of all kind and film coating technology; enhance the ability to practice with advanced pharmaceutical technology. Mr. Huynh Tri Nha, Sales Manager of Colorcon Vietnam said, "The new laboratory in Vietnam located at Ton Duc Thang University helps Colorcon expand its direct technical customer support in the pharmaceutical industry and related industries to complete their projects faster, easily get access to advanced technologies. "
