The 2nd Vietnam Conference on Finance and Economics (VCFE 2026)
On July 17, 2026, the Center for Applied Economics Research and Education (CAER) of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) will host the 2nd Vietnam Conference on Finance and Economics (VCFE 2026).
VCFE 2026 is a national conference on finance and economics initiated and organized by CAER–TDTU, in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute for Digital Economy Development (VIDE), the Vietnam Association of Securities Business (VASB), and the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ton Duc Thang University.
During the 2026–2030 period, Vietnam aims to achieve double-digit economic growth, with the goal of becoming, by 2030, a developing country with modern industry, upper-middle-income status, and one of the top 30 economies in the world by GDP (Communist Party of Vietnam, 2026).
Against this backdrop, VCFE 2026, under the theme "Green Finance, Blue Finance, Innovation, and Digital Transformation: Creating New Drivers for Growth and Sustainable Development," is organized to provide an interdisciplinary academic and practical forum that connects scholars, business leaders, and policymakers. The conference aims to facilitate discussions, exchange ideas, share research findings and practical experiences, and propose policy recommendations to support Vietnam's development in the new era. It also seeks to mobilize financial resources and promote investment in implementing the objectives of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (December 22, 2024), the Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021–2030, the National Green Growth Strategy 2021–2030 with a Vision to 2050, and other related national strategies.
