The 5th International Conference on Sustainable Development in Civil, Urban and Transportation Engineering (CUTE 2026)

From May 27–29, 2026, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) will host the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Development in Civil, Urban and Transportation Engineering (CUTE 2026) at its Tan Hung Campus in Ho Chi Minh City. The conference aims to promote sustainable development solutions in the fields of Civil Engineering, Transportation, and Urban Development, with a focus on climate change adaptation and meeting development demands in the context of globalization.

The conference is organized by TDTU in collaboration with Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Poland), Hasselt University (Belgium), the University of Trieste (Italy), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (Malaysia), National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan), the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and Universiti Teknologi MARA (Malaysia).

CUTE is an international conference series initiated and organized biennially by TDTU since 2016. It serves as a prestigious academic forum where scientists, experts, and scholars exchange ideas, discuss emerging challenges, and share advanced solutions in the fields of Construction, Transportation, Architecture, and Urban Development. Over the years, the conference has also been hosted in rotation by TDTU’s international partner universities.

The event not only contributes to promoting research and innovation activities, but also serves as an important bridge to strengthen cooperation between TDTU and universities as well as academic organizations from developed countries in the areas of education, training, and scientific research. In addition, CUTE 2026 provides opportunities to foster effective connections between the Vietnamese business community and international researchers, thereby encouraging interdisciplinary collaborations.
