The International Conference on Advanced Smart Materials and Structures (ASMaS) is a scientific conference initiated by Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), held biennially. This conference serves as an academic forum for both domestic and international scientists to discuss the latest research outcomes in science, engineering, and technology, tending to focus on smart materials and structures combined with computational science and big data science.

In 2024, TDTU will host its 3rd Conference (ASMaS 2024), which has attracted significant interest from a lot of scientists. After a thorough review process by the Scientific Council, 46 research papers have been selected for presentation at the Conference. The most outstanding papers will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Intelligent Material Systems and Structures (indexed in WoS).

ASMaS 2024 is honored to welcome many esteemed scholars in the field of Advanced Smart Materials and Structures to come and present their keynote reports including: Professor Le Khanh Chau - Advanced Institute of Materials Science at TDTU, Vietnam; Professor Weihua Li-Director of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) center at University of Wollongong, Australia; Professor Nguyen Xuan Hung - Director of the Center of Interdisciplinary Research and Technology (CIRTech) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam.
