Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau Visits Ton Duc Thang University
During the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister toured the University's educational facilities, learning and research spaces, and the Vietnam–Finland International School (VFIS). He also met with the University's leadership, faculty members, and staff. The Deputy Prime Minister acknowledged TDTU's remarkable achievements in developing a modern university model, highly appreciated its educational environment and comprehensive facilities, and commended the University's continuous efforts to enhance the quality of education, scientific research, and international integration.
Associate Professor Dr. Tran Trong Dao Reappointed as President of Ton Duc Thang University for the 2026-2031 Term
The reappointments reflect the trust of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in the University’s leadership team while ensuring continuity and stability in the University’s governance. They also provide a solid foundation for Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) to continue implementing its development strategy as a research-oriented university, further enhancing the quality of education, scientific research, innovation, and international integration.
Ton Duc Thang University Establishes Three Additional Strong Research Groups
With the addition of these three new groups, TDTU now has a total of 13 strong research groups operating in many key fields. These groups play a core role in strengthening the University’s research capacity, promoting interdisciplinary research, improving the quality of scientific publications, and enhancing the transfer of knowledge and technology to the community and society.
