According to official information from the Financial Management Association International (FMA), the 2019 Asia/ Pacific Conference will be held from 10^th to 12^th of July, 2019 at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU). This is an important event for the community of educators, researchers and practitioners with interest in financial management in Vietnam in general and for TDTU in particular.

FMA is a Financial Management Association International established in 1970 and headquartered in the State of Florida, USA. FMA’S mission is to develop and disseminate knowledge about financial decision-making by establishing connection between research institutes, universities and experts in the field of financial management. Each year, FMA organizes a lot of scientific conferences in many parts of the world. The Asia/Pacific Conference has been held 10 times in different countries such as Japan (2014), Korea (2015), Australia (2016), Taiwan (2017), Hong Kong (2018) and in 2019, the 11^th conference will be held in Vietnam. It is known that Prof. Le Vinh Danh, President of TDTU will co-chair this conference.

TDTU is Vietnam's leading university in science and technology, which was widely recognized by international academic community, especially international conferences and seminars organized successfully such as The International Conference on Advanced Engineering - Theory and Applications (AETA), The International Conference in Finance and Economics (ICFE), The Asia Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences (ASIA Pharm), etc. The FMA's choice of TDTU as the venue for the 11th Asia/Pacific Conference reaffirmed Ton Duc Thang University's position in science and technology in the region and all over the world.
