On the afternoon of 27 September 2019, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) collaborating with the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) (Taiwan) and the Chinese Economic Research Institute organized Job Fair with Taiwan Enterprises 2019.

The event aimed to connect employers from Taiwan with high quality human resources trained by TDTU, create chance for new graduates and last year students to access information of large enterprises, explore human resources needs and work opportunities, and find inspiration for starting a business.

The event was attended by Mr. Kunsung Ho, CEO of InvesTaiwan Service Center under MOEA; Mr. Simon Gong, Director of Economic Department of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City; and 15 Taiwanese enterprises in many different fields.

More than 3,000 TDTU students visited, looked for information and job opportunities at the fair. Also on this occasion, TDTU signed a Cooperation Agreement with Taiwan enterprises. This partnership aimed to create more opportunities for TDTU students to study and work in Taiwan.

This has been the first cooperation between TDTU and MOEA since the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 14 December, 2018.
