On the occasion of Tai Viet Joint Stock Company (Vietstock) making a visit and signing a cooperation agreement with Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Nga, the Chairman of Vietstock Board of Directors highly appreciated the modern facilities and equipment reaching international standards, as well as the professional team in great quantity and quality at TDTU. This is a good model for the development of other public universities in Vietnam. Ms Nga strongly believes that in the future, TDTU has great potential for reaching the international level.
Ms. Bach Tran Minh Hang, the Data Block Manager of Vietstock, also shared her view: “I am very impressed with TDTU's educational approach, which always guides students towards the real working environment. In particular, TDTU not only focuses on professional training but also provides guidance on life skills and human morality. It would be an exaggeration to say that there might be some workplaces where the attitudes are more valued than the qualifications, but to be honest, without a good attitude, it will be difficult for one’s own development path; and individuals who have both good attitude and good qualifications are always highly appreciated. After my first visit at TDTU, especially Vietnam - Finland International School (VFIS), I wish I could be a small child so that I could study and engage in many activities in this educational environment. Hopefully, the educational model that TDTU is implementing can be further replicated in order to be easily accessible for many subjects.
Other members of Vietstock were really surprised about the scale, modernity and creativity of the training, learning and entertainment system of TDTU, especially the library system, green campus, sports areas, and lecture halls, as well as the tidiness, proper manner and sense of responsibility of each student, lecturer, and staff at TDTU.
Vietstock makes to a long-term commitment to cooperating with TDTU in many areas, such as providing financial data for research, strengthening professional training cooperation, and establishing the recruitment - internship connection for TDTU students.
