Methods of calculating the bond free energy based on Implicit Ligand Theory

Department for Management of Science and Technology Development of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) would like to announce the July 2019 periodic seminar “Methods of calculating the bond free energy based on Implicit Ligand Theory”

Reports to be presented at the seminar:

  1. Methods of calculating the bond free energy based on Implicit Ligand Theory
  2. C-Terminal can serve as germ of the self-assembly process of transmembrane Aβ11-42 Tetramer in solution: Intensive dynamics study.
  3. Analysis of sheet structures reinforced with graphene platelets.
  4. Introduction about the electronic shell model and state density function.

In this seminar, the speakers are the members of Laboratory of Theoretical and Computational Biophysics (Lab TCB), Division of Computational Mechanics (DCM); and Computational Chemistry Research Group (ComChem) of TDTU. Specifically:

Dr. Nguyen Trung Hai, a member of Lab TCB, will present the report on “Methods of calculating associated free energy based on Implicit Ligand Theory.
