TDTU is the first public university in Vietnam with facilities and teaching conditions internationally ranked as 5 stars by QS Stars’ standards (United Kingdom). There is a campus in Ho Chi Minh City, Bao Loc city (Lam Dong), Nha Trang City ( Khanh Hoa) and Ca Mau City (Ca Mau). In particular, the headquarters located in Phu My hung, District 7, HO CHI MINH CITY has the same facilities as those campuses in Singapore or in Europe with modern technology systems, consistent construction and high class quality. The whole campus looks not only like a resort but also a park with grass fields, flower gardens, and statues almost everywhere. Cleanliness is an absolute must. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, the Chairwoman of the National Assembly of Vietnam has expressed that she was impressed with how clean TDTU is, “Its hygiene is done from the inside out and its beauty is shown from the outside in”. While Mr. Dinh La Thang, the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee said “If I had to rate the hygienic work of this university, I would give it 6 stars. 5 are not enough in my opinion”.

Here at TDTU, all the classrooms are fitted with air-conditioner systems; all departments are given laboratories, rooms for practical practice; everything in this campus is geared towards an environment of learning. We are proud to say that positive university culture is wide spread. People are polite to each other and well mannered. Students have to line up for the elevators, cash machines, the buses and also, for food in the cafeteria. At TDTU civil discourse is standard practice. As commonplace as the air we breathe every day.
