On the morning of February 9th, 2019 (the 5th day of the Lunar New Year of the Pig), the majority of lecturers and staff (more than 800) of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) including members of the University Council, the Presidential Board, Deans and Leaders of faculties, departments and centers gathered at Hall A to attend the Lunar New Year's Celebration.

In the atmosphere of celebrating the new year, Prof. Le Vinh Danh, President of TDTU made his wishes to all TDTU members for a new year of peace, happiness and success. At the same time, he also informed the entire TDTU members a good news in early 2019. According to the latest 3-year statistics (2016, 2017 and 2018) of the ISI database, TDTU is the sole representative of Vietnam entering into the top 25 universities and research institutions of ASEAN countries. 

In the joyful atmosphere of the early spring, the members attending the New Year's celebration made the best wishes to the Presidential Board and all TDTU lecturers and staff such as wishing the new year 2019 full of new and brilliant successes; quickly bringing TDTU, an elite university into the TOP 500 universities in the world. The Presidential Board also gave Red Lucky Envelope to all the attendees.
