On the afternoon of November 14, 2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Vo Hoang Duy, Vice President of TDTU; Mr. Tran Hai Ha, General Director of MBS and leaders of the functional units of the two parties.

MBS is one of the first 06 Securities Companies in Vietnam, established in May 2000 by the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB). For the consecutive two years of 2009 and 2010, MBS took the lead in share brokerage market in both Hanoi Stock Exchange and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

According to the content of the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in the field of lecturing academic programs about the stock market; deploying potential trainees programs; student recruitment; vocational training courses about skills development; linking training programs and scientific research. This relationship provides good opportunities for TDTU students in general and for the students in Faculty of Finance and Banking in particular to approach and practice in the field of securities trading and investment in the stock market in Vietnam.
