This is the theme of a talk on January 18th, 2019 with the aim of inspiring students to train and develop themselves. The talk will be held at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) with the coordination and sponsorship from Kien Long Bank.

With the message "cherishing the youth time, doing things that are beneficial to yourself and the society, training morality, cultivating knowledge, bringing yourself closer and closer to professionalism; everything, whether you likes or not, must be conducted to the best result; then success will not be far away"; The talk will bring useful information and experiences to the participants. The program also has a part of giving Kien Long Bank's scholarships to TDTU students who have good academic achievements.

Speaker: Mr. Vo Quoc Thang, Chairman of Kien Long Bank; Chairman and General Director of Dong Tam Joint Stock Company; Chairman of The Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF). He is also nicknamed Bau Thang, due to his time as Chairman of Dong Tam Long An Football Club.
